The Pharcyde re-upping their Bizarre Ride

The Sugar Club has been hosting hip-hop hall of famers for years, and tomorrow it’s The Pharcyde’s turn.

The Compton crew are the latest act to take classic albums on the road, with 1992’s Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde and the follow-up Labcabincalifornia. And they’ve got prodigal original members Fatlip and Skimkid Tre on tour this time.

Style-wise, The Pharcyde were never from the same side of the tracks as gangsta acts like NWA, and their jazzy soul cuts and goofy battles will be a more mellow balm to ease your mid-Advent stress levels.
